Go find a public place to study, like a coffee shop, library, or a laid-back restaurant. I do that when things get distracting at home. I go to a bakery/restaurant across my street when I have loads of homework to do. I get a lot done, because there's nothing to distract me there.
If you are stuck at home, rearrange your room to make it more comfortable. I found putting my desk in the center of my bedroom facing the door is nice, I don't get so claustrophobic like I do against a wall.
Depending on what I am studying, I like to turn on the TV and have something on to keep me entertained while I'm studying. Be careful what you choose to watch though. Watching an episode/movie you've never seen before will distract you and demand attention away from your work, so don't watch the episode premiere of "The Office" if you're studying. Instead, get out TV shows on DVDs that you've seen countless times and know the episode plots forwards and backwards. I've seen seasons 1-4 of the Office millions of times, and since I know what happens in each episode by heart, I'm not going to look up from my work to see what happens, because I know what is going to happen. Other times it helps to have stupid movies and TV shows (like Mel Brooks movies, or Gilligan's Island) that don't require you to focus intently to follow the plot, but the dumb humor keeps you stimulated and helps fight "study fatigue."
Buy a nice, comfy office chair so you'll be comfortable longer. This reduces the temptation to get up and wander. Try reading at night when you go to bed, it helps focus you're mind and will help keep your attention span at its best. Don't read easy books though, get a book that is a somewhat challenging read, but the book has to interest you.
Hope that helps
