Does anyone know why someone might be obsessed with drawing 3D arrows?

I have a friend that draws arrows all the time. Curved arrows, straight arrows, pointing in all directions, sometimes colored in, sometimes not. Most of them are 3 dimensional.

Maybe he is good a director who like to give a direction, or maybe he wants to be a arrow maker someday.

Maybe because he/she has a fascination with arrows? In my opinion, people that like to draw... usually have a favorite subject that they like to create.

Could be that your friend suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), where they feel compelled to do such things to achieve a better state of 'comfort'.
