Tommy Edison is a blind man, from birth, that posts youtube videos about his experiences and answers several questions like this one and a good one on colors. You should give his vids a watch.

Blind people both dream and think normal. But, their dreams consist of sounds and touching sensations. And they do have trouble with things like very large sizes and colors. But other than that, their mental process is same as everyones.

Yes do dream and think normally, I don't know how thinking normally has anything to do with being blind. There is no evidence that they're correlated.

lol, we who can see , use the objects that we see everyday, we save the memories and we make a chunk of it. Blind people dream about touching and feeling the objects that they have felt, smells and sound because they never see the objects that we see, they make a chunk out of their memory and they dream :D ....I

..guess......:D
