Question:
Does anyone share this WEIRD e-mail sending habit of mine?

1- I'll compose an e-mail (without double checking)
2- I'll SEND the e-mail
3- I'll go to the sent items and double-check only after sending the e-mail and re-send it if there were any obvious errors.

Why do I do this? I just don't like double-checking it before sending it, I prefer to do it after I officially send it. So weird.

I do that a lot too, if not all the time. Not exactly sure why, but i hope that is of some consolation to you anyway.

Just slow down a little, and think before you send. Try pasting a note to your computer that says double check all emails BEFORE sending. Think of all the time and energy you could save, by doing it right the 1st time. Also it will save the recipients from having to read 2 emails instead of 1, and it will make you look less compulsive, and silly.

One reason you may feel comfortable with your writing e-mails,grammar and your schooling.Very seldom will you make

a mistake. Therefore, you just write and send them, every now and then you may make a mistake.Granted no human is that perfect

we all may have short comings.

It is probably the same form of compusion that makes you reopen the mail slot at a mail box to make sure it dropped. Or you're just nuts.

i think it is important to you to get it out there like right now! nothing wrong with that. and then the later correcting thing is just to show that your mindful enough to spell right. i'd say screw the correcting thing. just go with the flow!

Maybe you are OCD. Are you this compulsive about everthing in your life?
