I would like to focus on question 3)
Never ever give up on your dreams, dreams are what they are ,but, passion along with a dream is the hallmark ingredients for every world event changer, leader, scientist, politician, artist, myrter, etc... Throw in determination into the mix, even when odds are against you, faith in your convictions and every dream potentially can turn into reality. This is not an easy path. Expect this. All things started with a dream / idea / thought. There is a line in the sand thou. When you, yourself , have convinced yourself that your dream is not your passion will you understand what most of us have learned. Time is your worst enemy. Life is short, there are many forks in the road, choices to be made, priorities change, and more times than not, human nature dictates we lean towards the path of least resistance, or make the wrong choice along the way, or simply that your dream is unobtainable at this junction. Priorities change with age and experience. Eventually ,for whatever reason, most of us are walking with broken dreams in our heart and soul, yet the beauty of it all this is that you are really asking, whether you know this or not, is: IS IT WORTH IT? Only you can answer this. Experience and father time will force you to decide.
My advice: No-one ever has claimed that the path less chosen was an easy path and It takes more to be a champion. Be proud. You are making your first step in answering your own question, by asking this question.
My Favorite poem:
Robert Frost (1874ā1963). Mountain Interval. 1920.
1. The Road Not Taken / The Path Less Traveled
TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth; 5
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same, 10
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back. 15
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and Iā
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference. 20
