stupidity is a refusal to learn. like insanity is repeating the same thing and expecting different results. none so blind as those who will not see. ignorance is not having the information.

How can you not know what you do not know.... if you do not know what you don't know. Think about it!
If you've picked up the fact that you don't understand, well it means on some level - you actually do. Stupidity in essence is absolute ignorance - as in not even knowing that you don't understand. That is stupidity and it comes from lack of synapses connections in your brain - that happen when you learn. So the more you learn, experience, read and make connections to understand the more synapses are created. To date the man with the most synapses ever estimated was Einstein. So LIVE and LEARN as much as possible and stupidity will be a rare occurrence. No one can ever BE stupid. Just like you can never BE love or peace. Its something you experience.

Stupidity is determined by gene pool passed on and early upbringing. If the adult parents are properly educated they will pass it on to their children. If not, then children will not grow properly intellectually or socially.

In my opinion, people are stupid for not learning from people, asking questions instead of finding out or figuring the answers out for themselves, asking questions for by forgetting what people learn and know, forgetting what people learned and knew in the past.

unless you are metal challenged you aren't born stupid and even then you are only slower not stupid.
drugs can kill braincells, but alcohol does not, so your safe drinking as long as you don't mind acting foolish (not stupid).
and finally your stupid if you decide to be, if that's your life choice then so be it embrace the stupidity that is you.
FYI drugs don't make you stupid just can help you become stupid and do stupid things.
