why do i look older than my age?

i am male, 26 years old. my birthday is August 20th 1984

i normally shave, but i did not. i took the pic at a wrong time. but that was the best looking pic that i have out of 2.

A lot of facial characteristics make one look older. A new haircut/a good shave really make you look younger. Height is also a problem.
