What's it called when we have a little voice inside us?

I always wondered if there was a single word for it instead of saying "this voice inside us tells us or alarms us that this isnt the right thing to do." Do u know if there's a one word terminology for this??

Everyone says your conscience,but your conscience is apart of the ego,super-ego and id.Another way to look at it is the voice of the parent inside us.Our parents are the ones who taught us right and wrong.When ever we feel guilty about something it is the voice of our parents(ego) that is scorning our inner child(id).
