dream question please help?

ok i had this nightmare last night...
me and a friend of my were throwing a doll at each other well when he threw it back at me it caught my arm and wouldn't come off he came and pulled it off and held it up the dolls jaw dropped then picked its self back up when it realised that we'd saw the jaw drop it dropped again then i felt like i was choking and woke up.. can someone interpret this
