Would the scale be 3D?

Could a person theoretically say "I am here on this scale at the moment"

I am not saying everyone stays put on a fixed point

MY QUESTION IS: would the scale be 3D and could I make one to display in a presentation - a 3D model?

D: DNA of the person (+1 = Female, 0 = other, -1 = Male) Not being a biology major I am not sure 0 exists but I suppose it is possible

My understanding is that most bi-sexual persons tend to be more homosexual than heterosexual, so they would fit to the left or right of 0 in the Libido Scale
