I grab myself by making use of the posterior and shake it like a number of get-out. that often does the trick yet while i'm uncertain i'm getting my previous Roan saddled and head for the South Pasture or the River Pasture by making use of the time i'm by using chatting with this previous drained cowhand I even have my head screwed on at as quickly as back and that i'm at peace with the international. some how, available by making use of myself, I separate those issues that i will substitute from those issues that i will't substitute and each little thing merely sorta comes into concentration. once I even have come to grips with each and every little thing and separated fact from silly thinking i'm properly on the course to restoration and interior the gap, if I squint, i will see the silver lining around the sides of the dark clouds.

Sunlight. seriously. Sunlight actually affects seratonin in your brain in a way similar to antidepressants.
There is no one cure for the blues though. It's all on a personal level.

One way (and this needs to be done ahead of time) is to create a CD (or playlist) with your favorite upbeat music. The kind that makes you want to sing along, get up and move, etc. Do this when you're in a really great mood.
Then, when the funk shows up, get it out and listen to it. Smells and sounds are great memory makers and if you make the CD/playlist when you're in a great mood, it can help bring back those feelings.
Hope this helps.
