Please read this and advise your friends and family! You may save others' lives!

Incident One:
A little boy died because surgeons found ants in his brain! Apparently this boy fell asleep with some sweets in his mouth or with some sweet stuff beside him. Ants soon got to him and some ants in fact crawled into his ear which somehow managed to go to his brain. When he woke up, he did not realize that ants had gone to his head. After that, he constantly complained about itchiness around his face. His mother brought him to a doctor, but the doctor could not figure out what was wrong with him. He took an X-ray of the boy and to his horror, he found a group of live ants in his skull. Since the ants were still alive, the doctor could not operate on him because the ants were constantly moving around. The boy finally died.
So please be careful when leaving food stuff near your bed or when eating in bed.
This might attract ants. Most importantly, NEVER you or your child eat sweets before going to bed. You or your child might attract ants while you are asleep.

Incident Two:

Another similar incident happened in a hospital in Taiwan . This man was warded in the hospital and was constantly warned by the nurses not to leave food stuff by his bedside because there were ants about. He did not heed their advice. Ants finally got to him. His family members said that the man constantly complained about headaches. He died and a post mortem or autopsy was done on him. Doctors found a group of live ants in his head. Apparently, the ants had been eating bits of his brain.
So friends, better be safe than sorry. Never leave food stuff beside your bed you when you go to sleep.
Please forward this to your friends and relatives

I don't know if this would be possible. Remember you do have ear drums inside the ear.

I don't know if this are true stories or not. I'm guessing not. Because their would be a lot of symptoms before it would get this bad.

I do work with a nurse that she had seen a man come to the hospital years ago that was unresponsive. The doctors did a CT to try to diagnose the patient. The man had moving maggots all over in his brain. Yes he died. His home was terribly gross with trash and dirty dishes all over. It was said that they think that he and his dog ate off of dirty dishes. They think that he ate some fly eggs off of old dirty dishes that ended up traveling to his brain. I know it is gross.

But I will not be terrified. I will still eat bedtime snacks when hungry.

There are so many kinds of ants and I can believe ants are amazing creatures and for sure they will gather in their hundreds around any open food source- they work quick! However, I doubt they will extend their food resource chain to human tissue. Yes, you can have ants crawl on you if you step into a nest in that case they can become agressive and bite. Having said that though, no one should be eating in bed. Proper meal times should be set and set at the table, snacks should not be taken to the bedroom either.

This is totally not true. The human brain is very protected from outside dangers, otherwise pool water, ear drops, etc. would be able to get to it. Please people, the ears and the central nervous system are not connected. The ear bone is not connected to the brain bone. There is anatomically no way for an ant to end up in your brain via your ear. You are so wrong to scare people like that. As a medical professional, I would really discourage you from doing that again. When the truth is revealed, you will surely look like a dumbass!!!

Well....this could only happen if the person's ear drums were blown out first. Otherwise the ear is sealed by the drum and ants couldn't penetrate it. Right?

Half of -proper !!! It's effortless to fall in love but to stay in love is very detailed. There's one moment in life if you find yourself with any one. And believe like the sector has stopped and your lifestyles seems best, make sure you certainly not lose that character ...... Is that this true love ?????

Driving cars will probably kill 1 person out of every 200 who post in this forum.

Heart disease, cancer, strokes, dementia, old age will get the majority of the rest.

Stop worrying about the damn ants. You'll probably get yours in a car accident.

thanks for the entertainment though a li'l gross.

lets think. if ear is tickled during sleep, wouldnt your sleep be interrupted. and for those of us who sleep like a horse, the fluid in the semicircular canals of our inner ear would fcuk the daylights outa the darn ants! while am not saying lets all sleep in a sweetshop from tomorrow, i certainly disagree that anything live and functioning can so easily be attacked by something like ants.

This one has been around for a long long time. Its not new. Cite your sources next time and your warning might have more credibility.
