From what I gather it involves praying, affirmations and visualisation.
Have I missed anything? And how do I use these to acheive a goal? e.g. a mental goal is to have higher self esteem, a physical is to get rid of weird unprovoked scars that have come from nowhere (i think they are a subconscious manifestation of situational depression). Can u out line the steps for me please.
