Kids never listen to me no matter what can u help me?

Question

I have worked in a preschool 1 year a go . They never listened to em Even when I was tough with me. BUT, when another person told them THE SAME THING AND THE SAME TOUGHNESS, they followed her/him

then I worked in a middle school as assistant. I had the same problem. they never listen to me , even do not look at me when i was asking them o do something
BUT WHEN ANOTHER PERSON (WHOEVER IT WAS) asked them to do the same thing, they listened

Now I am working in another preschool. I have the same problem
when someone else asks them to do something they listen

Maybe it does not have any reason and some people are Just randomly effective and attracts attention and some people are not effective and no one listens to them.

I think I should change my careers and work with adults because I am not chosen to be important maybe!
I am so frustrated and tierd of this life and its people and i cannot cleanup after kids playing with toys, I cannot tel someone 5 times to do somethings....
Really I have lost all my energy to convince others to behave themselves,

any suggestions, helps? I appriciate

You have finally worker it out! You cannot get to grips with the fact that in a preschool or where ever, kids always make mess and scream etc, and you talking about being tough.



I would be very much in agreement that you get a different kind of career. Something your doing can't be right, that much we know; and we will never be able to identify what it is, but give opinions only. You cannot get their attention.

It is sure proof that you need to go down a different career path.
